We Finally Did It!

Well, we've finally gone and done it! Welcome to our first blog. We are going to be updating continually, so come back often and check out the new content. There will be vehicle specials listed as well as information from Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. My name is Chris James and I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer from Casebere (Brent Miller) a little less than a year ago. I took a long time to decide where to buy from but decided to make the long trip from Springfield from the way I was treated "before" the purchase. I find it ironic that the first thing I read on the new blog was about how well Casebere treats you before, during, and after the sale....NOT THIS CUSTOMER! My mistake was that I did not check the A/C before purchase and 3 days later discovered it did not work. I called to report this (which I later found that the entire heating/cooling system has issues) but received no help other than advice from the Brent or his mechanic of what could be wrong. Shortly after the purchase, other problems were discovered. A salesman at Germain Ford told me that the reason they are so highly ranked as a dealership is due to their service. He said that if anything went wrong shortly after the sale, it would all be taken care of at no cost to me. I should have listened because I feel that the only service Casebere gave me was "lip service".
